Location to Juno Beach
Room was very basic, more of a 2 star than 3. We stayed in the annexe across the road away from the beach and had a garden view. Breakfast choice was minimal and overpriced at €9.00 euros. It was a fixed cost not variable as stated on booking. We had no internet connection unless we went to the main hotel. We had our evening dinner in their restaurant but the food was not up to our expectation. The meat was overcooked and was braised in a very salty sauce with cold mash - I was not impressed. Luckily our guests had the fish option which was perfect. The hotel is also well overpriced compared to others we have been to in the area.

The food at the resturaunt was great.
Yes, one of the staff wrote our credit card ino on a piece of scratch paper , never seen anything like this before. They should have already had our info in the system. Now we are worried of fraud.

The hotel is pleasant and fairly clean, nestled in a modern building with great view of the sea. The location is amazing, the room is compact & pet-friendly. Great breakfast and the staff is efficient. Efficient service and the food is outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, we 100% recommend staying here.

We, two seniors, were visiting this location to take in the D Day observances and could not pick a better location as the hotel is located right on Juno Beach. There are actually two hotels as part of this complex, and they were both full, but the staff welcomed us on arrival and we found our room ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We did not eat in the main restaurant at anytime as it was quite full, and there are many other restaurants in the vicinity.

The service from the hotel-staff was okey. When problem with the internett connection they got it fixed the next day. Room was spacious, and breakfast was okey.
There were not a minibar in the room, I would expect that of a 3* hotel. In the enterence to the hotel (separate building from the main hotel) there was a big spiderweb and seamed not very clean. Internett didn't work on day one, but it worked on day two though.

Close to the beach
Parking was bad. Breakfast price was not advertised and the large taxes that came with it. Room was very small and bathroom was only big enough for about 150 pound person.

I loved the room! There were three in our party and one person had a lovely loft. Beds were very comfortable. We had a very nice view of the garden. Breakfast overlooked a different garden and was charming as well as delicious. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous!!! Delicious and affordable.
The only difficulty was getting up to the room. Twisty stairs, which I usually love because they are so charming, but when hauling up suitcases, they are difficult.
